Men's Cross Country

Cross country teams travel to UCCS XC Open

SPEARFISH, S.D. – The Black Hills State University men's and women's cross country teams will compete at the UCCS Cross Country Open on Saturday, October 12. The race, hosted by the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs will be held at Monument Valley Park.   

The men will start off the morning at 9 a.m. with a 8k race, followed by the 6k women's race at 9:45 a.m.

The Yellow Jackets are coming off an impressive performance at the Griak Invitational. The men's team took seventh place, led by Jordan Theisen who was 19th. On the women's side, Xiomara Robinson was the top BHSU finisher in 29th, helping lead the Green and Gold to a 10th place finish out of 32 teams.

Following this weekend, the Yellow Jackets will compete at the RMAC Championships on October 26. The race will be hosted by Colorado Mesa.
