Spearfish, SD - The Black Hills State University volleyball team is back at home in the Donald E. Young Center this weekend for a pair of Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference games. The Yellow Jackets take on the Adams State Grizzlies Friday at 7:00 p.m. Following Friday's game, BH will compete with Fort Lewis Saturday at 5:30 p.m.
Scouting the Grizzlies (7-13, 4-7 RMAC)
This past weekend Adams State is coming off a double loss weekend against Regis and Colorado Christian. For the Grizzlies offense, Riley Ogelive lead the way with 15 kills on a 0.242 hitting percentage. On the defensive side of things, Marela Gonzalez had 33 digs in their loss to Colorado Christian.
Scouting the Skyhawks (8-12, 4-7 RMAC)
Fort Lewis comes into this weekend after a split weekend of RMAC play. In a 3-2 set win over Colorado Christian, the Skyhawks had a 0.260 hitting percentage on 66 kills and only 27 errors. Silvia Basso had 44 assists the next night in a 0-3 loss to Regis.
Scouting the Yellow Jackets (8-11, 6-5 RMAC)
After a split weekend on the road, the Yellow Jackets are back at home again. The Yellow Jackets were on the road this past weekend at Western and Colorado Mesa. Over the weekend, BHSU was led offensively by
