COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Morgan Ham was named to the All-RMAC Second Team, while two other Yellow Jackets earned Honorable Mention, the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference announced on Tuesday.

Ham, a redshirt sophomore, saw action in 2018-19 for the first time as a member of the Green and Gold. Previously, she was named to the NSIC All-Freshman Team at MSU Moorhead in 2016-17.

Julia Seamans and Racquel Wientjes each earned Honorable Mention accolades. Seamans, a junior from Gillette, Wyoming, averages 10.6 points per game. She leads the team in three-pointers with 64 total, and 2.5 per game. The guard also leads the Yellow Jackets in assists, dishing out 3.0 per game (10th in RMAC), and she is tied for the team lead in steals, with 1.4 per game. Wientjes, a native of Onida, South Dakota, averages 10.8 points per game, which is second on the team, and 26th in the league. The redshirt-freshman makes 80.8 percent of her free throw shots, which leads the squad, and is fifth in the conference. Seamans was named Honorable Mention for the second consecutive year, while Wientjes earned the honor for the first time.

Jaylyn Duran of Colorado Mesa was named the Player of the Year, while Western's Tammarrah Gothard earned Defensive Player of the Year. Deanli Pinto from Colorado School of Mines was named the Freshman of the Year, and Taylor Wagner of Colorado Mesa was named Coach of the Year.
