Two Yellow Jackets Earn RMAC Honors

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Former Black Hills State University student-athletes Hannah Cass and Khiry Keith have each earned the 2020-21 Dr. Stephen M. Jordan Degree Completion Award, announced by the league office Monday.

Each graduating in 2020, Cass was a three-year member of the women's basketball program, and Keith spent the last two years on the football team after transferring from Pima Community College.

A total of 11 student-athletes from the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) received the award, providing a total of $28,000 to their future endeavors.
 
About the Dr. Stephen M. Jordan Degree Completion Award
In 2017, the award was renamed after Metropolitan State University of Denver's (MSU Denver) former President, Dr. Stephen M. Jordan due to his substantial contribution and dedication to RMAC student-athletes.
 
The degree completion awards are available to student-athletes who have completed their athletic eligibility and desire to complete their degree. Each recipient was selected by the RMAC Degree Completion Awards Committee and will receive up to $2,000 per semester, with a maximum of two awards per applicant. Terms may include fall, spring and/or summer.
