Black Hills State women's soccer heads to Salt Lake City, Utah on Friday, Oct. 22 to take on Westminster College at 6:30 p.m.
The Griffins are 5-2-4 overall this season, and 2-2-3 in RMAC play. Westminster earned a berth into the 2018 NCAA Women's Soccer Tournament after a 14-4-2 record, and in 2019 went 11-4-4 to advance to the RMAC Championship game.
The Yellow Jackets (3-7-1, 2-5-1 RMAC) earned their third win of the season last weekend, matching a program-best (finished 3-12-1 in 2019). BHSU currently sits in ninth place in the RMAC standings, with the top-8 teams advancing to the RMAC Championships at the end of the season.

Emma Avery and
Madison Kandler each scored on Friday, while

The team's four goals on Sunday was the third time in program history that the Yellow Jackets had four goals in a game, each made by a different player. BHSU also accomplished the feat twice in 2018, on Oct. 7, 2018 against NMHU, and Oct. 25, 2018 against UCCS.
