COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo - Black Hills State men's basketball tallied one first-place vote on their way to being picked third in the 2021-22 RMAC Preseason Coaches Poll, released Wednesday morning.
The poll is voted on by all 15 head men's basketball coaches in the RMAC.
BHSU is coming off of a strong 2020-21 season, finishing 11-7 overall as they advanced to the RMAC Semifinals. Head coach
Ryan Thompson enters his fourth season at the helm, holding a 49-27 record in his time leading the Yellow Jackets.
BHSU is set to open the 2021-22 season on Saturday, Nov. 13 as they take on Arkansas Fort Smith at 6 p.m.
