Black Hills State women's soccer will play its final match of the regular season on Wednesday, Nov. 3 at 1 p.m. as the team takes on Metro State.
Metro State has had a strong season, currently sitting at seventh place in the RMAC. The Roadrunners have won four of their last five games and have clinched a spot in the RMAC tournament.
The Yellow Jackets (3-10-1, 2-8-1 RMAC) and Roadrunners (9-5-2, 6-5-0 RMAC) have met five times in BHSU program history since first playing on Oct. 16, 2016. BHSU will be looking for its first win over Metro State.
The Yellow Jackets have continued to see lots of growth this season, as the program which began in 2016 continues to develop. That growth can be seen in the statistics, with several team and individual program records on the line.
With five goals scored this season, sophomore
Emma Avery is one shy of having the most goals scored in a season.
Makayla Dannelly is on pace to have the best Goals Against Average in a season and is currently .006% off of having the highest save percentage in a season.
