Black Hills State women's volleyball closes out the regular season with two matches at home in the Donald E. Young Center Friday and Saturday.

BHSU (7-17, 4-12 RMAC) will take on #10 Colorado School of Mines (21-3, 14-2 RMAC) on Friday Nov. 12 at 7:00 p.m. and Chadron State (5-18, 3-13 RMAC) on Saturday Nov. 13 at 5:30 p.m.

The volleyball team will be honoring parents at their home match against #10 CSM and seniors at their home match against CSC.

BHSU volleyball is coming off a tough road weekend where they fell in straight sets against University Colorado – Colorado Springs and Colorado State University Pueblo. Despite the Yellow Jackets keeping the score close in all six sets the team was unable to pull ahead to take a victory this weekend. BHSU will look to close out the regular season strong in front of a home crowd at the Donald E. Young Center while honoring parents of the team Friday night and the teams three seniors

The Orediggers are currently riding a four-game winning streak after taking down Westminster and Colorado Mesa this weekend in straight sets. Colorado School of Mines is currently ranked #10 in the nation and have not lost a set since falling 2-3 to Regis on October 23rd. Colorado School of Mines is currently ranked second in the RMAC behind MSU Denver. The Yellow Jackets faced off against Colorado School of Mines on September 25th in Golden, Colo. In that contest the Yellow Jackets fell in straight sets dropping all three sets 25-13.

The Eagles are coming off a weekend split where they fell to Colorado Mesa in straight sets and defeated Westminster in five sets. Currently Chadron State is tied for last in the RMAC with Westminster. The last time the Yellow Jackets faced off against the Eagles it was the Eagles who came out on top after a tough five set match. The Yellow Jackets forced extra points in two of five sets after winning set one and set two 25-22 BHSU would go on to fall in set three 25-20, fall in set four 28-26, and fall in set five 17-15.
