Black Hills State volleyball will take on Adams State and Colorado Mesa Friday March 19, at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., respectively, in Alamosa, Colo.
 
After winning two of their last three games, the Yellow Jackets face off against two conference opponents this Friday in Alamosa. The Yellow Jackets swept the Hardrockers in Rapid City last Friday, March 12, then took to the court on March 14 at the Donald E. Young Center, taking down UMary 3-1, and falling 3-2 to MSU Billings.

BHSU (5-5, 3-4 RMAC) vs Adams State (1-11, 0-8 RMAC)
Adams State volleyball is coming off a 3-2 win over CSU Pueblo, which was their first win of the 2020-21 season. Adams State and CSU Pueblo traded sets back and forth, with the Grizzlies taking the first, third, and fifth set victories over the Thunderwolves.

The last time the Yellow Jackets squared off against the Grizzlies was Oct. 25, 2019 with the Yellow Jackets coming out on top winning 3-2 over the Grizzlies.

BHSU vs Colorado Mesa (9-0, 6-0 RMAC)
Colorado Mesa volleyball is coming off a 3-1 win over #3 MSU Denver. The Mavericks are currently undefeated in the 2020-21 season going 9-0 overall and holding a 6-0 record in the RMAC. Mesa won the first two sets, dropped the third, and came back to win the game by winning the fourth set 25-20 over the Roadrunners.

The last time the Yellow Jackets and Mavericks faced off was Oct. 18, 2019 in a contest that saw the Mavericks come out on top 3-2.
