The Yellow Jackets fell in three sets to CSU Pueblo falling 25-19, 25-10, and 25-7 Saturday afternoon at the Donald E Young Center.
 
Kindra Cerrone led the team with five kills.

Karly Marx was the assist leader with 13.

Haedyn Rhoades led the team in digs with 16.

The Yellow Jackets got off to a hot start against the Thunderwolves in set one leading 4-8 before CSUP would take a time out to disrupt the Yellow Jackets momentum. From that point CSUP would go on a run putting up seven points compared to three by the Yellow Jackets to take the lead 11-10. CSU Pueblo would hold onto that lead until the score was set at 24-15 in favor of CSUP. The Yellow Jackets would put up four straight causing the Thunderwolves to take another time-out. Out of the timeout CSUP would get the victory off a kill by Megan Mattingly 25-19.
 
The Thunderwolves would take the early lead over the Yellow Jackets in set two going up 4-1 to start the set. BHSU would struggle to get points on the board in set two with the Thunderwolves leading by as much as 15 points in the set. The Thunderwolves would go on to win the set 25-10 over the Yellow Jackets to take a two-set lead.
 
BHSU would struggle to find their groove in the second set putting up single points to the Thunderwolves two-to-three-point runs. CSUP would take an early lead and hold on going up by as much as 18 points in the set. Ultimately CSUP would take the set and match winning set three 25-7 over the Yellow Jackets.
