Black Hills State athletics held its fifth annual Gold Rush Raffle and Auction on Friday, April 22, raising over $97,000 for student-athlete scholarships—a record total for the event.

The event began with happy hour and games before the silent and live auctions that included over 160 items combined between the two, as well as dinner and a reverse raffle of 400 tickets.

Pioneer Bank won the raffle, a prize of $5,000, and donated the winnings back to BHSU Athletics.
