COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference released the Coaches' Poll for women's cross country on Wednesday morning, with the Yellow Jackets landing 11^th in the poll with 80 points.
 
Adams State took first place in the preseason poll with 195 points and 13 first-place votes while Colorado Mines secured second place with 183 points and 2 first-place votes. Rounding out the top three in the poll was UC-Colorado Springs, who landed third with 164 points.
 
The Yellow Jackets will usher in the 2023 season on Saturday, Sept. 9 as BHSU hosts the Gage McSpadden Memorial from Sturgis, S.D., with races beginning at 6:30 p.m.
