COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo- The RMAC conference announced their Pitcher and Player of the Week awards Tuesday afternoon. Among the honorees was
Sammie Kaufman-Warner, who was named the RMAC Pitcher of the Week for her performance in Broomfield, Colorado versus Adams State. It is only BHSU's second ever RMAC Player of the Week award joining
Ashlynn Pauwels from early last season.

- Kaufman-Warner put together an all-time weekend in the series split versus Adams State.
- She hit 9-14 (.643) with three walks, nine RBIs, 5 runs scored, three doubles, and an inside-the-park home run.
- She had a 1.071 slugging percentage, a .688 on-base percentage, and 1.759 OPS.
- In game one, she went 1-for-4, with two RBIs and a double.
- In game two, she went 3-for-4 with one double, one run scored, and one walk.
- In game three, she went 3-for-4 with 4 RBIs, a run scored, a double, and a two-out, walk-off home run to give BHSU the win in extras.
- In game four, she went 2-for-2 with two runs scored and three RBIs.
- She currently leads the conference in RBIs with 18.
