Black Hills State University Athletics

2022: Raced in five triathlons … finished 20th in 1:13:51 at the West Regional Qualifier (10/15) … in the spring, placed ninth (1:00:51) at the Stanford Treeathlon (3/5) and fifth (1:22:01.82) at the Black Hills Tri Fest (4/23).

2021: Competed in five triathlons … placed 17th in 1:13:23 at the Northern Hills Triathlon (9/4) … finished 40th overall and 16th among DII competitors (1:20:20) at the NCAA National Qualifier in St. George, Utah (10/30) … placed 45th in a time of 1:18:18 at the NCAA Nationals triathlon (11/13) … competed both days at the Clermont Draft Legal Challenge (3/4-5), placing 51st on day one and 53rd on day two.

Before BHSU: Was captain of the cross country team at Rapid City Stevens High School the last two years and is a three year letter winner … is also a member of the National Honors Society and earned honor roll … also designed the logo for Raider Park … Teeslink’s sister, Kennedy, also competed on the BHSU triathlon team, and both parents, two aunts and an uncle also attended BHSU.
