2014 Outdoor – At the YJ Spring Opener Gage placed 3^rd in the 3000m steeple chase with a time of 10:13.85… He placed 10^th at the Loper Invite in both the 5000m and 1500m with times of 16:03.24 and 4:14.71… At the Mines Invite he placed 14^th in the 800m with a time of 2:08.17, he also placed 3^rd in the 3000m steeple chase with a time of 9:49.89… Gage placed 7^th in the 3000m steeple chase at the Bryan Clay Invite with a time of 9:35.71… At the Jack Christianson Invite he placed 7^th in the 5000m with a time of 16:21.01… At the RMAC Championship Gage placed 9^th in the 3000m steeple chase with a time of 10:14.81…

2012: McSpadden’s best finishes of the season include a seventh place finish at the Yellow Jacket Invite where he ran 21:29.97 for 6K…also finished in ninth place at the Alaska Nanook West Ridge Invite (27:28.2 for 8K) … he was a top five runner for the Yellow Jackets at the RMAC Championships where he ran the 8K course in 28:11.10 and placed 55^th overall…indoor he ran personal bests in the mile (4:36.10) and in the 3000m (9:11.82)…competed in the 3000m in the RMAC Championships…outdoor had a great sophomore season running personal bests in the 5000m (15:54.56) and the 3000m Steeplechase (9:49.08)…finished 11^th in the 3000m Steeplechase at the RMAC Championships.

2011: Finished in 28^th place at the USF Independent Cross Country Championships with a time of 28:20.4…season-best time of 28:04 was at the Montana State-Billings Invitational…indoor McSpadden placed eighth in the 3000m at the Independent Championships, running a personal best time of 9:36.01…outdoor he ran a 12-sec PR in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Sioux Falls Relays.

High School and Personal Data:  A 2011 graduate of Rawlins HS in Rawlins, Wyo. …was named Athlete-of-the-Year, Student-Athlete-of-the-Year and was a South West Athlete-of-the-Year Nominee…also earned All-Conference honors in cross country…earned All-State honors in outdoor track…is the son of Tyler McSpadden & Christen Gray...he is studying psychology.
