COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Black Hills State softball had two named All-RMAC Honorable Mention as the league announced its All-Conference Teams Friday.
 
Senior Crystal Amaral and sophomore Shayla Tuschen were honored by the RMAC for their strong 2022 seasons, both at the plate and in the circle.
 
Amaral finished the year offensively with a .392 average which was good for seventh best in the RMAC, a .688 slugging percentage and .419 OBP, including 49 hits and 11 home runs, and 43 RBI. She also totaled 101 strikeouts over 117.1 innings of work with a 4.59 ERA as a pitcher.
 
Tuschen hit .357 on the year with an OBP of .437 (19th in the RMAC) along with 41 hits, five home runs and 30 RBI while slugging .583. In the circle, she totaled 100.1 innings pitched while striking out 71 with an ERA of 5.72.
