BROOKINGS, S.D. – The Black Hills State University rodeo team headed east river last weekend for the Jackrabbit Stampede, hosted by South Dakota State University. The men took a second-place finish and the women took a third-place finish. Both the men and women continue to lead the Great Plains Region after the weekend.
