Alyssa Wong was named to the RMAC Softball Preseason Watch List. During the 2024 season, the Yellow Jackets finished with a 15-32 (14-28 RMAC) record, securing their best season since joining D2. Now, with Head Coach
Ashlyn Englehorn in her second season at the helm and adding 13 new players to the roster, Black Hills State looks to continue improving. The Yellow Jackets open their 2025 season on Friday, January 31st at the Minot State Invite versus UMary.

Alyssa Wong Named to RMAC Softball Preseason Watch List

• Received RMAC Honorable Mention recognition in 2024 as a redshirt freshman.
• Appeared in 44 games while making 39 starts, leading the team in batting average (.339) and on-base percentage (.415), while also sitting second on the team in multi-RBI games (8) and tied for third in multi-hit games (10).
• Posted the team's longest hit streak of the season at nine games.
• Tallied a total of 37 hits, six doubles, 15 runs scored, and 21 RBI.
• Recorded a .394 slugging percentage and a .415 on-base percentage.
