Soccer Adds Seven for 2020

Spearfish, SD – Head soccer Coach Mike Greco is pleased to announce the addition of seven soccer signees for the 2020 season.
 
Sheridan Fenner joins the Swarm from Flower Mound, Texas where she competed at Flower Mound HS.
 
"Sheridan is a terrific addition to our program," said Greco. "She's strong, skillful, and will add a lot to our attack.  We expect very good things from her and are excited to see where she can build this program in the next 4 years."
 
Halle Wibbels comes to Black Hills State University from Colorado Springs, CO where she competed at Pine Creek HS.
 
"Halle is a strong, determined defender who has experience playing high level club," commented Greco. "She will come in and make a big difference immediately.  She's a wonderful young women from a fantastic family.  She will be excellent for us."
 
Ashleigh Decker also joins BHSU from Colorado Springs, CO but she competed at Rampart HS.
 
"Ashleigh is an excellent overall player," noted Greco. "She'll add a lot of dimension to us – being able to play up front and in the back.  This versatility will prove highly valuable as we shape our team for the next phase in our program building.  Ashleigh will play a significant part in how we move forward."
 
Lexi Collard becomes Yellow Jacket after competing for Sand Creek HS in Elbert, CO.
 
"Lexi is a very strong middle who will add a good deal of depth and support to our midfield crew," said Greco. "She's very good playing East to West; solid intelligent play.  We are delighted to add Lexi to our group and are excited to see how far she goes with us."
 
Lexi Crow joins the Swarm from Longmont, CO where she competed at Niwot HS.
 
"Lexi Crow is a very smart player, skillful in possession," said Greco. "She will be able to make a big difference in our play right away. She will help us keep possession of the ball and adds a good deal of versatility on both sides – being able to play multiple positions. An awesome young lady, we are very pleased to bring Lexi into our group."
 
Avery Collision leaves behind Kearney, NE where she competed at Kearney, HS to become a Yellow Jacket.
 
"Avery is a very powerful, durable defender who will raise our level of competitiveness," commented Greco. "She's very calm in the back and her presence will allow us to re-shape our team to allow more players to join the attack.  A very kind and friendly personality, we've got something special in Avery and we're expecting big things from her."
 
Allie Brown comes east from Ellensburg, WA where she competed in high school at Ellensburg HS.
 
"Allie is a very positive, encouraging individual who will provide us with a lot of experience and solid consistency," said Greco. "She's an intelligent defender who can join the attack quickly. I've enjoyed getting to know Allie and her family during this process and see a spectacular future for her, and for BH soccer!"
