CHANDLER, Ariz. – After the second round at the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Championships, the Black Hills State University women's golf team remains in 13th place. The Yellow Jackets shot 25 strokes better as a team on Monday.
Adrianna Weeldreyer continued to lead the way for the Yellow Jackets following the second of three rounds. She sits tied for 47th after carding 11-over 83 (88-83=171). Hayley Franke is tied for 53th with a 17-over 87 on Monday (96-87=183), while Taryn Mayer sits 62nd, carding 24-over 96 (105-96=201). Gracie Johnson is currently 64th (102-110=212).
As a team, BHSU is 191-over 767 (391-376).
CSU-Pueblo leads the way with one round to play, shooting a two-round score of 20-over 596 (307-289). Orakorn Thirayatorn of CSU-Pueblo is the top individual. She is 1-under 143 (73-70) after carding a 70 on Monday.
The Green and Gold wrap up play at the RMAC Championships on April 23. The Yellow Jackets begin teeing off at 7:11 a.m.
