COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – One member of the Black Hills State University women's golf team has been named to the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference All-Academic Honor Roll, the RMAC announced Wednesday afternoon.
Hayley Franke, from Rapid City, S.D., has a 3.358 grade point average as an exercise science major. On the course, Franke shot a career-low 81 on the final day of the RMAC Championships this season. This is the second consecutive year that Franke has been named to the RMAC Honor Roll.
To qualify for the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically, and hold a 3.3 cumulative grade point average. Courtney Ewing of CSU-Pueblo has been named the Academic Golfer of the Year.
