SPEARFISH, S.D. – The Black Hills State University women's golf team will play at the Ramada Mustang Invite this weekend in Marshall, Minnesota. The tournament, hosted by Southwest Minnesota State University, will be played at the par 72, 5,969-yard Marshall Golf Club on September 21-22.
The Yellow Jackets most recently competed at the Golden Bear Classic hosted by Concordia Saint Paul. BHSU placed 13th, led by Sarah Galles, who finished in a tie for 57th. Nicole Klungness placed T-65 with a 40-over 184, while Jocelyn Olson took 74th with a 53-over 197. Hayley Franke was just behind in a tie for 75th, and Gracie Johnson was 83rd.
Saturday's play will begin with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. The final round on Sunday will begin with a 9:30 a.m. shotgun start.
