Colorado Springs, CO – The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference unveiled its 2020 Indoor Track & Field all-conference teams with the Black Hills State University women's track and field team picking up three first team honors and three second team honors. These awards are based on finishes at the 2020 RMAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Kyla Sawvell was named first team All-RMAC in the shot put and weight throw. She won the weight throw by over half a meter with a top throw of 18.09 meters. She followed that performance up with a top throw of 14.50 meters in the shot put. On the BHSU top ten lists, her tosses put her number two all time in the weight (18.54m), and number four all time in the shot (14.50m). These marks qualified her for the 2020 NCAA D2 Indoor Track and Field national championships. Her efforts at the conference championship garnered her RMAC field athlete of the year honors.

Whitney Scott was named first team All-RMAC in pole vault after clearing 3.75 meters to finish in third place. She had qualified for the National Championships and moved to number two all-time on the indoor record list.

Maddi Fidler picked up first team All-RMAC in the weight throw after after a toss of 16.57m to earn herself third place.

Abbie Fredrick: fifth in the mile
Zoe Langseth: sixth in the 400m
