The Black Hills State Women's Golf team is in third place after day one of the Yellow Jacket Fall Classic.

At the end of the first day of play the Yellow Jackets have a team score of 373 (+85) after 18 holes of play. South Dakota Mines is in first with a team score of 353 (+65) followed by Chadron State with a team score of 357 (+69).

Jade Burr is the top Yellow Jacket tied for 4^th with 86 (+14). Nicole Klungness is in 8^th with 92 (+20) and Ashtyn Swigart is tied for 16^th with 96 (+24). Rounding out the team are Jocelyn Olson in 19^th with 99 (+27) and Mycah Wainscott in 21^st with 105 (+33).

Also competing as an individual at the Yellow Jacket Fall Classic is Megan Zigray who rounded out day one in 23^rd with 123 (+51).
