The Black Hills State women's golf team is set to open the spring season on the road in Pueblo, Colo. at the Pack Classic March 20.
 
The Yellow Jackets are coming off a fall season filled with growth for a young group of golfers and look to build off this growth in the spring season.
 
BHSU will be sending four golfers to Pueblo to compete with the team being led by Junior Jocelyn Olson. The Yellow Jackets will also be sending a trio of freshmen with Anna Talarico, Cami Langley, and Reese Robinson rounding out the Yellow Jacket line-up.
 
The one day, 36 hole event will be played at the 6,000-yard, par 72 Walking Stick Golf Course in Pueblo, Colo. The Pack Classic features a 15-team field which includes Bethany College (Kansas), Chadron State, Colorado Christian, Colorado Mesa, Colorado State University Pueblo, Fort Lewis College, Montana State – Billings, MSU Denver, Nebraska – Kearney, Regis, Simon Fraser University, South Dakota Mines, UCCS, Western New Mexico, and the Yellow Jackets.
 
Competition will begin with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start on Sunday and all 36 holes will be played on Sunday, March 20.
