RAPID CITY, S.D. – Yellow Jacket golf completed play at the Hardrocker Invitational on Tuesday afternoon, finishing sixth and seventh in the tournament.
BHSU's first team finished with an overall score of 726 strokes (+150) and BHSU's "B" team finished with 761 (+185). Chadron State secured the first-place spot at 675 team strokes (+99) and South Dakota Mines' first team notched a second-place finish with 688 (+112). Montana State-Billings would overtake the second Hardrocker team on day two to finish in third place (698, +122).
Lola Homiston (173, +29) improved thirteen places in round two to finish in 13
th on the player leaderboards thanks to an excellent front-nine finish of only +2.
Jocelyn Olson (175, +31) also improved on the leaderboard, moving up three places to finish in a tie for 15
th.
Olivia McCandless (177, +33) jumped up a spot to finish tied for 17
th.
Cami Langley (181, +37) finished in a three-way tie for 21
st,
Katie Jorgenson (189, +45) finished the second round tied for 30
th,
Kaitlyn Dumler (191, +47) tied for 32
nd, and
Jacqueline Bowles (195, +51) placed 34
th.
Madisen Jarrett (197, +53), Anna Talerico (207, +63), and
Jessica Folchert (211, +32) would round out the Yellow Jacket golfers at 36
th, 37
th, and tied for 38
th, respectively.

The Yellow Jackets travel west to South Jordan, Utah for the Westminster Wasatch Invitational in a three-round tournament. Round one is slated for Sunday, Sept. 25 and play ends on Tuesday, Sept. 27.
