HENDERSON, NEV. – Black Hills State women's golf concluded their 2023 RMAC Championship play on Tuesday afternoon, finishing the tournament in eleventh after ending the second day in last place.
The Yellow Jackets (1070, +206) finished day three with a +85 scorecard, beating out the ASU women's team (1076, +212) by eight strokes on day three to move into eleventh.
On the player leaderboard,
Lola Homiston (255, +39) remained the top golfer for BHSU in Nevada after turning in a +20 scorecard on her third-round performance to place 48
th.
Katie Jorgenson (272, +56),
Olivia McCandless (273, +57), and
Jocelyn Olson (276, +60) all finished consecutively in 51
st, 52
nd, and 53
rd, with Jorgenson and Olson shaving swings off their day three totals.
Rounding out BHSU in the tournament was
Kaitlyn Dumler, who finished +23 on the day and landed 59
th.
CSU Pueblo (899, +35) walked out of the 2023 RMAC Women's Golf Championship in first place, followed by Colorado Christian (926, +62) and Colorado Mesa (937, +73) in second and third.
