BROOMFIELD, Colo. – Black Hill State women's golf is set to begin the 2023 fall season at the Swan Memorial Tournament, hosted by Colorado Christian, on Friday, Sept. 8 through Saturday, Sept. 9 at the Broadlands Golf Club. 
 
BHSU will see seven returners to the squad from last year, along with three new signees from the offseason. Although the Yellow Jackets lost long-time leader Jocelyn Olson to graduation, sophomores Lola Homiston, Olivia McCandless, and Katie Jorgenson look to fill the void after all ladies found success last season and recorded season-lows of 81, 79, and 83.
 
Heading into the weekend, the Yellow Jackets will have the opportunity to serve as underdogs this season after being picked to finish tenth in the RMAC Coaches' preseason poll.

UPDATE
The tournament will feature 15 teams competing and 93 players in the field. Competing for the Yellow Jackets will be Cami Langley, Ava Kalanek, Lola Homiston, Jessica Folchert, and Anna Talarico while Madisen Jarrett will compete as an individual. 

Things will kick off at 8 a.m. on day one in a shotgun start, with tee times for day two and three to be determined.
