SPEARFISH, S.D. – The Black Hills State University golf team will hit the course for the second time this spring in the three-team triangular at the Hardrocker Spring Classic in a weather-adjusted slate set for Wednesday and Thursday, April 10-11 at Arrowhead Country Club in Rapid City, hosted by South Dakota School of Mines. The first tee time for the Yellow Jackets is slated for 9:10 a.m. on Wednesday morning.

LAST TIME OUT
Black Hills State recorded multiple career-best rounds in their first tournament of the spring down in Arizona at the SMSU Classic over Spring Break. Jorgenson paced the team with her T37th finish with a two-round score of 166 (+22).
 
THE COURSE
The Yellow Jackets will compete at Arrowhead Country Club in Rapid City. The course is a par 71 with a yardage of 5,824.
 
THE TEAMS
The weather-altered tournament will now feature just three Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) teams this week in South Dakota School of Mines and Chadron State.
 
THE FORECAST

• Both days at the Hardrocker Spring Classic call for temperatures in the 50s, with a high of 57 set for Thursday.
• Wednesday calls for partly cloudy conditions with the Yellow Jackets having to battle high wind gusts of over 40mph, with the winds out of the NW at 25-35mph.
• Thursday calls for mostly clear skies with winds from the N/NW at 10-15mph.
