COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Black Hills State volleyball had two student-athletes named to the RMAC All-Academic First Team and 11 named to the RMAC Honor Roll list for their efforts in the classroom and on the court, as announced by the league office Monday afternoon.
 
Junior outside hitter Madison Hoopman and sophomore Haedyn Rhoades received First Team All-Academic honors for the Yellow Jackets.
 
RMAC All-Academic First Team
Madison Hoopman – 3.96 Business Administration
Madison Hoopman is a junior Business Administration major from Douglas, Wyo. who carries a 3.96 GPA. Hoopman has played and started in all 87 sets for the Yellow Jackets so far this season. Hoopman leads the team in kills having 277 kills so far this season. Hoopman makes the most of her time on the court while also having racked up 158 digs, three aces, 33 blocks, and eight assists so far this season.
 
Haedyn Rhoades – 3.94 Business Administration
Haedyn Rhoades is a sophomore Business Administration major from Douglas, Wyo. who carries a 3.94 GPA. Rhoades has played in all 87 sets for the Yellow Jackets this season as the starting libero. Throughout the season Haedyn has been a difference maker on the court recording 364 digs so far this season. Rhoades has also racked up 27 aces, four kills, and 60 assists throughout her time on the court.
