Ellie Thomas. It is Thomas' first RMAC postseason honor and her second RMAC honor this year after winning Defensive Player of the Week earlier in the year.

The senior libero from Gillette, Wyoming had a brilliant year for the Yellow Jackets on defense. She finished with 451 digs and 4.85 digs per set. The total digs ranked second in the RMAC and 64
th in the country, while her digs per set ranked third in the conference and 50
th in the country. She finished with ten or more digs in every single game this year and was named RMAC Defensive Player of the Week on October 20 for her performance against Adams State and Highlands where she had 44 total digs in seven sets, which led the RMAC that week. She finished her career with a career-high 33 digs in the season finale against Westminster and reached 20 digs eight times this year. She also produced 14 aces and a .925 reception percentage.
