Kristin Carmichael are pleased to announce the addition of recruit Jadyn Armstrong on signing day.
"We are so excited to have Jadyn joining our Yellow Jacket family," said Coach Carmichael. "Her skills and experience at the setter's position will raise the competition level in our gym. From the moment she arrived on campus she felt like a member of our team, and we can't wait to get to work with her in the fall!"

Armstrong joins the Yellow Jackets from Phoenix, Arizona after playing as a member of the Paradise Valley High School volleyball team.
As a four-year letter winner Armstrong racked up over 1,000 assists, 181 aces, 454 digs, and 216 kills in 184 sets played.
In her freshman year Armstrong played in 23 sets recording 236 assists, 39 aces, 74 digs, and four kills and helped her team become the 2A State Champion.
Throughout her sophomore year Jadyn played in 28 sets and recorded 113 assists, 13 aces, 29 digs, and seven kills. Armstrong also helped her team to an AZ 5A State Championship Playin Appearance her sophomore year.
As a junior Armstrong played in 57 sets and recorded 358 sets, 54 aces, 140 digs, and 84 kills. Her junior year Jadyn helped lead her team to an Elite Eight Appearance at the AZ 5A State Championships.
In her senior year Jadyn played in 76 sets and recorded 338 assists, 75 aces, 161 digs, and 101 kills. Armstrong also helped her team to be ranked #10 in the state and earn an AZ 5A State Championship Appearance her senior year as a captain.
Off the court Armstrong was named to the All-State Academic Team in both 2018 and 2019. In 2019 Jadyn was also named to All Region Honorable Mention. In 2020 Armstrong made Second Team All-Region, was named to First Team All-District, and was named to the 2020 PrepVolleyball All-American Special Mention list. As a junior Armstrong was named the 2020/21 PVHS Junior Class Athlete of the Year.
