Black Hills State Volleyball's Sierra Ward was named the RMAC Offensive Player of the week February 9th.
 
Ward led the Black Hills State volleyball team to two victories this weekend playing in every set the team played against Fort Lewis and Westminster in Colorado. The Jackets first faced off against the Skyhawks in a battle that saw Ward lead the team in kills and blocks. Ward was a key player in the momentum shift during the second set in the Jackets favor. Ward recorded 14 kills and seven blocks against Fort Lewis. In the teams second match-up facing Westminster, Ward again was a key player in shifting momentum for the Jackets after an 0-2 start. Ward recorded 15 kills and two blocks in the match-up against Westminster.
