Was a 3-year letterwinner and starter for the Raiders and head coach Luis Usera as she started 41 of the 45 matches she played in. She helped lead the team to three SDHSAA Class AA State Tournaments, including back-to-back 15-win seasons with a combined 12 shutout victories as they finished as runners-up in 2024 and a semifinal appearance in 2025. In her career she totaled 27 points with six goals and 15 assists. Of the six goals, five of them came during her senior campaign. On the club circuit she has been a member of the Black Hills Rapids since 2013 and was a member of the 2024 NPL National Runner-Up team and was the team captain of the 2025 NPL National Champion team. Holly is the daughter of Jennifer and Jake Benson and has three siblings, Jessica Roesch and Riley and Tucker Benson. Her brother Riley was a former collegiate athlete as a wrestler at Dickinson State in 2022-23.
