2022-23: Competed in eight meets for the Yellow Jackets between indoor and outdoor, competing in the 3000m, 3000m steeplechase, 1500m, and 1 mile run… timed a season best mile run at the Stinger Open (4:25.24) to place second… locked in a career best 1500m run at the Bryan Clay Invitational (3:53.21) to land in 45^th… ran a career best in the 3000m steeplechase at the Portland Distance Carnival (9:05.96) to land in fifth place, with the mark also putting him in the top-25 performance list in NCAA DII and ninth all-time in BHSU men’s program history.
 
2021-22: Competed in seven meets for the Yellow Jackets between indoor and outdoor … Competed in the mile, 3000-meter run, 1500-meter run, 3000-meter steeplechase, and DMR … Ran a career best 3000-meter run of 8:36.66 at the SDSU Indoor Classic … Ran a career best mile of 4:18.92 at the SDSU Indoor Classic … Ran a career best steeplechase of 8:19.34 at the Bryan Clay Invitational … Ran a career best 1500m run of 3:58.42 at the Bryan Clay Invitational.

2020-21:Competed in ten meets for the Yellow Jackets between indoor and outdoor … Ran a career best 9:26.68 3000m run at the 2021 Myrle Hanson Open … Ran a career best 4:29.45 mile at the 2021 Dave Little Alumni Mile Open … Ran a career best 1:59.23 800m run at the SD Mines Bauer Open … Ran a career best 4:03.27 1500m run at the SD Mines Bauer Open … Ran a career best 9:51.36 steeplechase at the Mines Pre-Conference Invite … Competed as a member of the fifth place finishing DMR relay at the RMAC Indoor Track and Field Championships … Finished in tenth place in the 800m run at the RMAC Indoor Track and Field Championships … Finished in thirteenth place in the steeplechase at the RMAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
