2022-23: Competed in 11 meets for the Yellow Jackets between indoor and outdoor, competing in the 400m, 800m, 4x400m, and distance medley relay… raked in a career best in the 400m at the 2023 RMAC Indoor Championships (50.14) to place seventh… posted a season best at the David Little Alumni Mile (2:02.57) to place third overall and helped the Yellow Jacket DMR team to a first-place performance at the David Little Alumni Mile (10:33.23)… locked in a season best run in the 4x400m (50.14) at the Yellow Jacket Holiday Open.

Before BHSU: Went to Souhtwestern Minnesota State university from fall of 2019 - fall of 2021 before transferring to BHSU... competed in seven meets at NMSU... finished 15th in the 600 meters with a time of 3:30:15... season best 1:24.35 in the 600 meters at the SDSU Last Chance to place third. Graduated from Lead H.S. in 2019... lettered all four years... all-conference honoree... personal best 23.5 in the 200m... ran 51.2 in the 400m... in the 800m rank 2:01.1... letter winner in cross country and wrestling... earned MVP award in both cross country and track... exercise science major.
