2018-19: Ran a 1:00.83 400m hurdles, a 1:58.75 800m, a 4:19.73 mile, an 8:39.86 3000m, a 9:17.97 3000m steeplechase, and a 15:42.25 5000m. Placed 6^th in the 3000m steeplechase at the RMAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships

2017-18: Ran a 59.36 400m hurdles, a 1:59.06 800m, a 4:04.97 1500m, a 4:25.41 mile, a 8:52.49 3000m, and a 9:54.90 3000m steeplechase. Placed 7^th in the 3000m steeplechase at the RMAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
