PREP: A two-way player for head coach Fred Salanoa and Radford High School, Sullivan has excelled at both the wide receiver position and safety. In his prep career with the Rams, he totaled 91 receptions and 24 carries for 1,452 all-purpose yards and 11 touchdowns, while defensively he made 47 solo tackles and snagged nine interceptions. He was a Second Team All-OIA Division I selection at safety in 2024, making 20 tackles and collecting four interceptions to help RHS to a 5-4 record on the year, a 4-win improvement from the year prior, while offensively he made 44 receptions for 543 yards and seven touchdowns. Jacob is the son of Mary, a Black Hills State alumna, and James Sullivan. He also has three siblings, Lydia, a twin brother Owen who is also attending BHSU, and Clara.
