Black Hills State University Athletics

The Black Hills State University 1963-64 wrestling team, which will be inducted into the 2010 Yellow Jacket Hall of Fame, were SDIC champions, including six individual weight class champions. The University hosted the 1964 NAIA national wrestling championships - it was the first (and only) national event ever hosted in Spearfish.
