Hall of Fame
Coached the Glenrock Wyo., boys cross country teams to three state championships, one runner-up and three thirds. His girls teams won 11 third-place finishes. His boys track teams had two state and five regional championships. His girls track teams had two state runner-ups and eight regional championships. He was the WHSCA Boys Track Coach of the Year in 2000-01, the Absaraka Conference Coach of the Year 12 times, the WHSCA Cross Country Coach of the Year in 1985-86, 1986-87, 1992-93 and 2005-06. He was a National High School Athletic Coaches Association Girls Cross Country National Finalist in 2005 and was inducted into the Wyoming High School Coaches Hall of Fame in 2004.
