Hall of Fame
class of 1962, was an NAIA All-American in baseball for the Yellow Jackets. He was a four-year letter winner in baseball and a two-year letter winner in track. He was voted as BHSC’s outstanding athlete in 1962. His senior year he won the conference 400-meter championship and had a 9-1 record on the mound for the baseball team. He had a .385 four-year batting average for the Jackets.
