Neiber was named South Dakota Basketball Coaches Association Women’s Coach of the Year in 1993-94 and was the NCC Coach of the Year in 1988 and 1995. She was also the 1995 NCAA Division II District VII Converse Coach of the Year. In 1995, her team was ranked in the NCAA Division II Top Twenty most of the season, including two weeks at number two.
