The 1998-99 men's basketball team was considered by many to be one of the most exciting teams to play at BHSU. Members of the team included Mike Olson, head coach; Mark Swasey, assistant coach; Tony Silva, trainer; Ryan Larsen, student assistant; Brant Miller, Trent Traphagen, Brad Massman, Derrick Lockman, Lee Severyn, Brian Fennema, Justin Koehler, Brett Theeler, Steve Afa, Travis Traphagen, Mike Smith, Buster Vincent, Nate Vogel, and Josh McNames.
