coached football, basketball, and wrestling in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. His basketball teams compiled 222 wins and 130 loses which included five conference championships and two sectional appearances. His football teams had six winning records in 12 seasons and his 1986 team was one of the best in school history going undefeated in the conference and making the first play-off appearance ever. Buck was elected to into the Wisconsin Basketball Coaches Hall of Fame in 1995.
