has given freely of his time and provided financial support to the Yellow Jacket Foundation. He became a board member in 1979 and was a founder of the "Old Baldy Golf Classic", which is used to raise funds for support of Black Hills State athletics. Floyd has been involved in banking and has been a practicing attorney.
