Hall of Fame
Lemoine Trout has coached track and football at the high school level since 1966. He coached in McCook, Neb., North Platte, Neb. and at Rapid City Central and Rapid City Stevens. His boys' track teams at Rapid City Stevens have finished in the top five at the State AA Meet 10 times, were Region 4 AA champions five times and finished third in the first two seasons of the Greater Dakota Conference. His girls' teams at Rapid City Stevens also finished in the top five at the State AA 10 times (including five state championships in a row), were Region 4 AA champions eight times and finished first in the Greater Dakota Conference the past two seasons.
