Jeffrey W. Kelley was an All-American Honorable Mention in football for the Yellow Jackets in 2001 and 2002. He was a four-time first team all-conference performer in 1999 (South Dakota Iowa Conference), 2000, 2001 and 2002 (Dakota Athletic Conference).
